In Workshop 1, we’ll dive deep into understanding burnout: what it is, why it happens, the different types, and how to recognize the symptoms. You’ll gain valuable insights on identifying stress and its triggers, as well as practical strategies for managing stress and its stressors effectively.

 

2. A Weeklong Journey of Self

During Workshop 2, we’ll focus on bringing awareness to how your lifestyle currently unfolds. Through practical exercises and analysis, we’ll delve into understanding your workload, identifying potential issues, and pinpointing areas for improvement. 3. Solving the Puzzle

In Workshop 3, we will continue to build on the insights gained from our previous sessions. This workshop is all about taking action. We’ll dive into analyzing the challenges identified, using a variety of tools and techniques to make clear decisions on what needs to change. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear plan for action that will be essential for guiding our upcoming workshops and moving closer to a fulfilled  life.

Building on the groundwork laid in our 2nd workshop, we’ll leverage your newfound insights to optimize your weekly routine.
