With over 13 years of global leadership experience, I’ve navigated the corporate world from Amazon and fast-growing start-ups to purpose-driven NGOs, leading international teams across nearly every continent (Antarctica is still on my bucket list!). I’ve driven complex operations, managed large-scale change, launched new markets, and scaled high-performing teams, experiences that taught me not only how to execute strategy, but also experience firsthand pressure that can push even top performers to burnout.
Today, as a Performance & Well-being Coach, certified NLP Master, and ThetaHealing Advanced DNA practitioner, I guide mid-senior to executive leaders around the world to reclaim focus, rebuild resilience, and reconnect with what truly motivates them.
